Early Bird rates are available until May 1, 2025, while supplies last. Space is limited and the conference sells our every year, so we recommend registering early. After May 1, 2025, rates for all registration types will increase by $50.

Early Bird In-Person Conference Registration: $300 per person
This option includes access to all conference lectures and interactive educational sessions, social activities and entertainment, the Exhibit Fair, the Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Awards Dinner, Sunday Lunch, and online access to the recorded lectures after the conference.

Early Bird In-Person CME Course + Conference Registration: $400 per person (coming soon)
This option includes all of the In-Person Conference Registration features above, plus access to an accredited Continuing Medical Education Course to be held during the conference. CME credits will only be available to medical professionals who attend in person. We are waiting for approval of the CME program accreditation before we launch registration for this course, so please check back soon.

Early Bird Livestream Registration: $100 per person 

Can't join us in person? This year we will offer a livestream option for the lectures in our main ballroom on Saturday, July 12, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and Sunday, July 13, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time. The livestream will be broadcast live through Zoom. You will have the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers through the Zoom Q&A tool, and we'll share helpful links and resource documents with the livestream audience. Transcripts will be enabled. You will also have access to recordings from the main ballroom, which will be emailed to you about a month after the conference.
