Hotel Accommodations

The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Durham Triangle in Cary, NC, close to the Raleigh Durham airport and about 20 minutes outside of downtown Raleigh, NC. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and has a 24-hour fitness center, business center, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast buffet with made to order omelets and complimentary evening reception. All hotel rooms have complimentary wireless internet access.

​Wheelchair accessible rooms are available upon request by calling the hotel booking number that will be included in your registration confirmation email.

 

A block of discounted hotel rooms is being held for conference participants at a preferred rate until June 20, 2025. Once the room block is full, rooms are subject to availability at the current market rate.

Discounted block rates (not including taxes) are:

$174 per night, King room

$174 per night, Two Doubles room

Please wait to receive your conference registration confirmation email before booking a hotel room. Your conference registration confirmation email will include a link to book your hotel room at the discounted block rate and a discount code if you prefer to book by phone.

Guests will be required to show their conference pass for admission to the conference area of the hotel throughout the weekend. Unapproved meetings, marketing, soliciting or promotions are not permitted.

Travel Arrangements

By Air: The hotel is located 15 minutes from Raleigh Durham International Airport. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport on a 24-hour basis. Call the hotel at 919-677-1840 for pickup.

By Train: You can get to Raleigh by Amtrak train from many cities around the US. The Cary station is 4 miles from the Embassy Suites Raleigh Durham Triangle. View the Amtrak route map and Amtrak schedule for more information.

By Car: The hotel is conveniently located at 201 Harrison Oaks Cary, NC 27513. Self-parking is free for all conference attendees.

We're planning a busy weekend, but if you'd like to explore the area, there are many interesting attractions to visit. 

In the local area, you can:
